Position Overview

Manages overnight accommodations for patients and their primary caregivers receiving treatment at Cancer Treatment Centers of America© (CTCA).  Enhances guest experience, supports fellow stakeholders in a team environment and demonstrates the Values of CTCA.  Represents the Guest Services department and CTCA upholding the Mission, Vision, Values, Promise, Bond and Service Standards of the organization to deliver the Mother Standard© of care and maintain the CTCA brand.  Effectively communicates with patients, caregivers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure that guests’ expctations are not only met but exceeded.

 

Key Position Qualifications

  • High school graduate - College preferred. 
  • 3-5 years managerial experience 
  • 5+ years customer service experience required.
  • 2+ years hospitality experience required.
