Job Description:

The Manager Performance Improvement is part of the Operations Team, which is responsible for leading operational transformation as well as day to day execution of our operating model, systems strategy, standardization of metrics, reporting and analytics and leading various quality initiatives. Individual will be responsible for effective collaboration, communication, problem solving, change Performance Improvement and innovation at both the executive level as well as with front line staff. This Manager, Performance Improvement serves as a change agent tasked with developing a culture of identifying constituent pain points (people, process, technology) and implementing opportunities to improve the constituent experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum BS/BA in business, healthcare or other related field.  Must have 1-2 years healthcare experience.

  • Strong understanding of CTCA care model, business model, and organizational structure strongly preferred

  • Some Project management experience and/or relevant Project Mgmt coursework required.  Greenbelt training preferred.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

  • 5 Years progressive Lean Six Sigma experience preferred

  • Project management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong computer skills. Extensive and thorough knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to learn and use various software programs.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Visio and Access skills are preferred
