Position Overview

Provides advanced organization and project management skills, data coordination and dashboard creation of key enterprise and regional initiatives from numerous parties, and administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer in order to ensure smooth operation of the office and enable the CEO to perform duties in delivering compassionate care in partnership with patients, families, physicians, community and allied health care providers. Additional responsibilities are; tracks projects and Key Performance Indicators; Organizes high level meetings (such as regional Board Meetings); Maintains confidentiality when assisting patients, staff, members of the board, and community who contact the office of the President for assistance; Daily work includes analyzing data and process to support national and regional leadership's planning, management and decision making; follow-up of external and internal client requests in a timely fashion; and all other administrative support duties. Requires strong knowledge of regional projects and processes.

Key Position Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, economics, finance or a technical field
  • Preferred: MS, MBA, MHA. Basic understanding of accounting is a plus
  • Travel required as needed
  • Preferred: 3+ yrs in an analytical role, preferably in healthcare
