Job Description:


Under the direction of the Director of Quality and Risk Management (Director), contributes to the organization’s quality management, performance improvement and accreditation readiness activities.   Works with the Director, leaders, the medical staff and stakeholders, to develop and implement processes focused on the improvement of patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.


The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics is responsible for delivering insights that help drive growth, patient retention, profitability, and efficiency through specialized operational and financial analysis.

The Senior Analyst works closely with corporate analysts, along with a team of finance, operations, and clinical professionals to support the organization’s most critical endeavors.  He or she proactively monitors trends and develops new analytics, creates actionable insights, and translates findings into a cohesive story with recommendations that can be shared with all levels of management, including senior executives.

The Senior Analyst develops a strong knowledge base regarding CTCA operations, systems, and capabilities. In addition, he or she coaches Analysts in problem solving, communication, and technical skills.

A proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, QlikView, and Power Point is preferred. 


Key Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; Masters preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, finance, financial planning, or consulting; healthcare specific experience preferred
  • Ability to use data to develop analyses and solve business problems
  • Ability to align analytics, problem solving, and recommendations with CTCA’s vision and strategic objectives
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information and recommendations to a variety of Stakeholders
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple departments that do not report to you
  • Ability to develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships across business functions and locations
  • Attention to detail and high focus on quality control
  • Proficient to advanced in Excel, SQL, Tableau, QlikView, and Power Point
