CTCA's newest hospital is located in Newnan, Georgia which is located in the Metro Atlanta region. It is a 226,000-square-foot, all digital facility focused exclusively on treating cancer. It includes 50 beds, ICU rooms, surgical suites, state-of-the-art radiation and infusion therapy departments, outpatient clinic rehabilitation and physical therapy department and onsite residential accommodations for outpatients and their families. We are currently seeking dedicated Stakeholders to help us fulfill our Mission and provide the Mother Standard of Care® to patients in the Southeast.

OVERVIEW

Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to designated members of the Senior Leadership Team. Maintains confidentiality of all operational and administrative matters. Seeks to maintain the integrity of CTCA's hospital philosophy and strives to consistently meet the expectations of this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs secretarial duties and serves as receptionist for designated members of the Talent/HR team.
• Serves as assistant to designated members of the Talent/HR team to coordinate special projects and maintains documentation, provides follow-up, and maintains a tracking mechanism to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken.
• Organizing meetings, handling internal communication, answering phones, taking meeting notes, assisting Director of Talent, Talent Manager, TAPs, filing, scheduling meetings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5 years executive assistant experience/HR experience preferred
• Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio
