CANCER TREATMENT CENTERS OF AMERICA (CTCA)Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) is a national network of regional, destination hospitals specializing in complex and advanced-stage cancer care. CTCA's newest hospital is located in Newnan, Georgia which is located in the Metro Atlanta region. It is a 226,000-square-foot, all digital facility focused exclusively on treating cancer. It includes 50 beds, ICU rooms, surgical suites, state-of-the-art radiation and infusion therapy departments, outpatient clinic rehabilitation and physical therapy department and onsite residential accommodations for outpatients and their families. We are currently seeking dedicated Stakeholders to help us fulfill our Mission and provide the Mother Standard of Care® to patients in the Southeast.
Provides culinary and dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care. Responsible for café duties, which include patient contact, cash register systems, stocking and sanitizing.
Serves hot and cold food items to patients, guests, caregivers and staff ensuring adherence of correct portion sizes. Checks and maintains correct temperatures. Answers questions while maintaining high level of kind and courteous service following the Mother Standard. Maintains food handler credentials per local requirements.Maintains proper supply levels of café items including adequate levels of coffee and tea. Works Coffee Bar preparing specialty coffee drinks and shakes requests for patients and/or caregivers.Maintains Salad Bar keeping product full and overall salad area clean, fresh, well stocked and organized.Uses accurately cash systems as needed.Keeps dining room tables and other areas clean and organized per standard culinary procedures. Follows proper sanitizing procedures dailyActs as back-up for other culinary tasks as assigned. Attends education programs to maintain status as effective and knowledgeable resource regarding culinary needs.
