CTCA's newest hospital is located in Newnan, Georgia which is located in the Metro Atlanta region. It is a 226,000-square-foot, all digital facility focused exclusively on treating cancer. It includes 50 beds, ICU rooms, surgical suites, state-of-the-art radiation and infusion therapy departments, outpatient clinic rehabilitation and physical therapy department and onsite residential accommodations for outpatients and their families. We are currently seeking dedicated Stakeholders to help us fulfill our Mission and provide the Mother Standard of Care® to patients in the Southeast.

OVERVIEW

Contributes to the integrated hospital network by assuming responsibility for incoming and outbound calls as well as paging of staff, emergency codes and maintenance of hospital wide directories.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers all calls received in a timely and accurate manner. Appropriately triages and routes the calls as requested. Processes and documents paging requests. Monitors and responds to emergency codes 24/7, adhering to policy and procedure for each code. Maintains hospital directories including Intranet and inter- departmental directories as well as the paging software directory.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year previous switchboard experience
  • Prior Cisco 'Call-manager Attendant Console' a plus
