Chief of Medical Oncology

Due to increased growth, Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA®) has clinical leadership positions available at three of its locations: Eastern Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA; Midwestern Regional Medical Center in the Chicago suburb of Zion, IL; and Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. CTCA is a single-specialty, tertiary hospital system providing a comprehensive, fully integrative approach to cancer care.

In this highly visible role as Chief of Medical Oncologist you will have the opportunity to mentor, supervise and direct the employed medical oncology staff. Additionally, you will help direct clinical research and trials to ensure that CTCA becomes one of the leading providers of precision cancer care. You will also guide processes that achieve improvement in the quality of patient care through evidence-based clinical practices and promote best practices in an integrative model of care. Candidates must have the following qualification:

  • Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
  • With at least seven years of experience, including both administrative and clinical expertise
  • Prior leadership experience in clinical research and service line development and expansion as well as the ability to build cohesive teams to provide best outcomes is critical
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen and personal integrity are equally essential
