CANCER TREATMENT CENTERS OF AMERICA (CTCA) Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) is a national network of regional, destination hospitals specializing in complex and advanced-stage cancer care. The CTCA model integrates state-of-the-art treatments and technologies with nutrition, naturopathic medicine, mind-body medicine, oncology rehabilitation and spiritual support. CTCA's newest hospital is located in Newnan, Georgia which is located in the Metro Atlanta region. It is a 226,000-square-foot, all digital facility focused exclusively on treating cancer. It includes 50 beds, ICU rooms, surgical suites, state-of-the-art radiation and infusion therapy departments, outpatient clinic rehabilitation and physical therapy department and onsite residential accommodations for outpatients and their families. We are currently seeking dedicated Stakeholders to help us fulfill our Mission and provide the Mother Standard of Care® to patients in the Southeast.
The Assistant Vice President of Quality, Education & Clinical Innovation provides leadership for the quality and risk management, education, lean six sigma, medical staff office, occupational medicine, infection control, clinical informatics and research. The Assistant Vice President of Quality, Education & Clinical Innovation is responsible for the regulatory compliance of the hospital. Provide leadership for the organization's culture of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Effectively oversees the provision of quality & risk management, education, lean six sigma, medical staff support, occupational medicine, infection control, clinical informatics and research functions within Southwestern Regional Medical Center. Formulates long-range objectives, plans, and programs for all departments which report to AVP that are consistent with overall hospital mission and objectives. Responsible for monitoring and improving clinical quality scores for the hospital. Collaborates with hospital and physician leadership to provide a planned, systematic approach to identifying, designing, measuring, prioritizing and monitoring the hospital's quality management and patient safety plans. Assures compliance and superior performance on an ongoing basis with pay for performance program standards of licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies and applicable payor groups. Provides site leadership in collaboration with the Information Technology team to ensure the electronic health record system supports patient care requirements. Lead efforts to maximize effective utilization of system to support hospital objectives and key performance indicators.
